Think: use your brain to stay sharp
Based on the Take Five to Age Well campaign, launched on 1st of May 2025, a UK wide initiative by Age UK and The Open University aimed at encouraging individuals to adopt simple, yet meaningful actions for 30 consecutive days that support healthy ageing.
